Here you will find the dates that are of central importance to you during the first semester days.

Monday, October 07, 2024

4-5 p.m. (sharp): Introductory event for B.A. students (main/minor) as well as all teaching degrees (room: MG1/00.04, Markusgel?nde - ground floor) - The slides of the presentation can be foundHERE after the event.

6-8 p.m. (sharp): Placement test (room: MG1/00.04, Markusgel?nde - ground floor)

This test is MANDATORY for all first-year students of English/American Studies or English (Bachelor-main/minor subject, Master, all teaching degrees, vocational education/social pedagogy).

It is not necessary to register for the placement test in advance! Test does not apply to Business English.

You can get individual information (not only in the first semester week) from the individual lecturers whose courses you would like to attend or, if you have general questions, from the study advisors. The best way to do this is to make an appointment by e-mail and state your matriculation number and degree programme (see /anglistik-amerikanistik/studium/studienberatung/fachstudienberatung/).
