I/O Psychology : Consultants present their field

On February 3, 2025, psychology students of all semesters had the opportunity to gain insights into the work of business consultancies as part of the Soft Skills Seminar. The Professorship of Work and Organizational Psychology invited representatives from the business consultancies OrgWerk and atrain. Katja Hennecke and Frank Vollmering (OrgWerk) as well as Bastian Assig and Jonas B?rnicke (atrain) presented their work to the students and answered their questions in detail. We would like to thank our guests for the exciting insights and the opportunity to get to know an exciting work field for psychologists!
