Jetmir Zyberaj joined the Professorship of Work and Organizational Psychology in April 2020. Before joining the professorship, he attended his Master’s at the Chair of Educational Psychology, TUM School of Education, Technical University of Munich. At TUM, he worked as a research assistant on the “Clearing House Unterricht” project. After TUM, Jetmir worked as a research associate at the FIBS Research Institute for the Economics of Education and Social Affairs in Berlin.

At the Professorship of Work and Organizational Psychology, he works as a research associate and doctoral student, teaching and researching various topics in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology. In his PhD thesis, Jetmir investigates supervisory performance feedback. He is primarily interested in feedback processing and aims to answer the question “Why do some people take feedback and benefit from it while others get hurt and reject it?”

In his research, Jetmir employs both descriptive and experimental research designs, as well as meta-analyses. He also utilizes longitudinal research methodologies, especially the so-called person-centered approaches, such as Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) and Latent Transition Analysis (LTA).
