Forthcoming paper on Acquisition Performance in Long Range Planning

Martin Friesl published a new paper on the relationship between integration capabilities and acquisition performance, with  co-authors Florian Bauer (Bristol), Dave R. King (Florida) and Svante Schriber (Stockholm). The paper will appear in Long Range Planning. It investigates the role of organizational design (centralized vs. decentralized designs) for firms ability to draw on tacit and implicit knowledge for the development of integration capabilities.
