Annika Schowalter joined the Professorship of Work & Organizational in April 2019 as a research associate. Since December 2021 she has had a doctoral scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes). Her research focuses on leadership, including causal methods in leadership research and the successful management of changes. After receiving her bachelor‘s degree in Psychology at the University of Bamberg, she earned her master’s degree in Psychology – Work, Economy, and Society at the University of Mannheim.
